The snowballs (actual spheres) are stitched together using a sewing machine.

Snowball Animals Set 1

Our popular Snowman Snowballs have morphed into animals.

This set includes all 7 designs. Stitch a penguin, dog, bunny, chick, shark, cat or bear.

They are made using fleece and can be tossed around harmlessly and are machine washable.

The balls are 3D spheres.

After the face and ears, etc. are stitched by your embroidery machine, the balls are sewn together using a sewing machine.

Complete, detailed instructions with photos are included in this set.

The bunny and dog ears, the tuft of hair on the chick and the sharks fins and tail are easily stitched on by hand.
Don’t worry, fleece is very forgiving when stitching.

They’re stuffed with pPolyFil and make fun toys for kids.

You can make these with either a 4×4 or 5×7 hoop.

If you have a 5×7 hoop, the face file will stitch the cutting lines for the panel. You can then use this panel or the included pattern to cut 3 more panels needed for each ball.

If you only have a 4×4 hoop, you will cut the panel using the included pattern and embroider the face onto it and then cut 3 more panels.

Bonus!

Instructions to make our adorable animal blankets are included.

These will make the perfect baby gifts. Add a name or monogram to the blanket to create a one of a kind special keepsake.

If desired, we have available a professional acrylic template, just like used in cutting quilt patterns available for the panel section of the balls.

Snowman Snowballs

This set was featured in Vol 83 Nov/Dec 2013 issue of Designs In Machine Embroidery magazine

Is it too cold to go outside? Are the kids bored? Let them have an indoor snowball fight with our soft Snowman Snowballs.

The snowballs are easy to make with our included pattern.

They’re made from fleece so they’re soft and safe and they’re machine washable.

We used a bucket to store the snowballs. It can be used for a snowball toss game too.

Add the included tag and a cute vinyl snowman cutout and you have a great gift or craft show item.

We wrapped a set of snowballs inside of a bucket in cellophane for a gift and it was adorable.

3 different snowman faces are included.

Finished, the snowballs measure about 4″ high x 14″ around depending on how firm you stuff them.

The snowballs (actual spheres) are stitched together using a sewing machine.

The snowball is made using 6 panels. A printable pattern is included.

The tag is made ‘in the hoop’.

Basic instructions are included for cutting the optional snowman face freehand for the bucket from vinyl. It’s super simple.

Antler files are also included to make a Reindeer Snowball.

One of our customers used the snowballs to make an adorable wreath!

We have an acrylic template, just like used in cutting quilt patterns available for cutting the panel sections of the snowball.
