These rules apply to purchased designs and free designs on my website & in my Yahoo group

*You MAY sell items with my designs embroidered on them.

*You MAY sell the finished products you create with my designs (such as my "in the hoop" projects)

*If you sell finished items using my designs on the internet, you must give Embroidery Garden credit for the design with a link to my site

*You MAY resize my designs. I will not guarantee the stitch out, however, if you enlarge or reduce the size of my designs.

*You MAY add lettering to my designs that are sold as blank.

*If you want to remove lettering, etc. from my designs and add other lettering, etc. Email me for permission.

*You MAY use different colors for my designs to suit your needs

*You MAY NOT sell, trade, share or redistribute my design files or my written instructions in any manner. My design files & instructions belong to me. You purchase a license to use them.

*You MAY NOT use my designs as templates to create new designs.

*You MAY NOT use any part of my designs to create a new design for sale or to share or for your own use.

*You MAY NOT use any photo from my site without my permission.

*You MAY NOT use my designs for classes without my permission.

Design files (software) are non-returnable, non-exchangeable

Please pay attention to the size of the designs you order. If you order the wrong size, you will have to repurchase the correct size.

If you lose designs you have purchased from me (due to computer crash, etc.) I will resend the designs to you after I verify the original purchase. I keep detailed sales records and will only resend exactly what was originally purchased. Designs will be sent at my convenience.

All of my designs are Copyrighted and treated as software.

Purchase of designs from Embroidery Garden is a license to use the designs.

Any form of sharing, loaning, copying, duplicating, re-selling or any other transfer of my designs, whether purchased or a free design, is strictly prohibited.

You can combine my design with other designs and/ or fonts.

You CAN NOT take my designs apart and use any pieces or parts of the original design to create new designs for sale or personal use.

All sales are final.

You must have my permission to use my designs, purchased or free, in classes, clubs, guilds, groups, etc.

Each class member must purchase the design from my web site or download it themselves from my Yahoo group.

Instructors/teachers are not allowed to share, copy, duplicate or in any manner transfer or distribute my designs.
