1).To use the Paypal shopping cart on the design pages, select format and click Add to Cart. Paypal will notify me of your purchase and I will email your designs to you. OR

2). Print out this form, fill in your order, mail it to me with your check or money order, & I will e-mail or send you the designs on a floppy disk, whichever you prefer.
