"Fridgies" ~ Embroidered Note Holders index page

Fridgies are embroidered note holders "made in the hoop". A pocket is created on the back to insert one end of a |
|
spring type clothespin in. Glue a magnetic strip on the back of the other end of the clothespin and these little |
|
"fridgies" will hold notes, lists, art projects, photos, special school papers, etc. on the fridge or any metal surface for you! |

These designs can also be used as regular appliqués! |

All designs fit the 4x4 hoop. *Some designs have been rotated to fit the 4x4 hoop. |

SUPPLIES NEEDED FOR FRIDGIES:

Spring type clothespin ~ 1 for each Fridgie |
|
Various felts & fabrics ~ Scraps can be used ~ No pieces bigger than 4"x4" needed. Felt helps give the Fridgies stability. |
|
Magnetic strip ~ 3/4" wide, can trim down width if necessary. Comes in a roll at craft stores |
|
Water Soluble Stabilizer ~ I use a woven type (Vilene) |
|
Heavy Cutaway Stabilizer ~ No piece bigger than 4"x4" needed |
|
Steam A Seam or Temp. Spray Adhesive ~for appliqué parts |
