My exclusive Favor Toppers are quick & easy to do. Make your own special party favors for any occasion.

Use pre-cut tulle circles or cut your own. Use candies, nuts, mints, etc to fill the tulle circle. Hand gather the circle up and push the gathers through the buttonhole! You're done!
